How to Brew Mystic Brew at Home

Simple guides for every method — from the quick espresso to the patient filter.

Five Methods

Pick your method

South Indian Filter

The traditional South Indian method — and the one our estate workers have used for decades. Slow-drip, thick, and incomparably aromatic.

French Press

The richest cup we make. The metal mesh traps the fines, so the body is heavy and the aroma stays with the coffee rather than the mug.

Espresso

Our Midnight Alchemist is the one to reach for here. Dark-roasted, dense, and forgiving of a slightly long shot.

Cold Brew

The least acidic method, which makes it the best choice for anyone who finds our lighter roasts bright. Twenty hours, then strain.

Moka Pot

The Indian kitchen staple. A little of the coffee’s oils stay behind in the pot, so what comes out is slightly darker than you expect — a feature, not a fault.

Three 50g pouches — one of each of our profiles. Enough to find the one you actually want to drink every morning.
